Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

   ~ Applications ~    Commission openings are announced via Twitter/FurAffinity/etc, everywhere for short. A Google Form will be provided with each opening where you will fill out your application. If you're looking for something not listed in the forms, please feel free to contact me. The form will stay open for a few days, and applying for a commission is always free, and you won't be charged anything. You'll hear back from me if your commission was chosen! Please make sure to reply in a timely manner (within a couple of work days is preferred), or I will consider your slot abandoned and pass it to someone else.

   ~ Commission Process ~   

1. Payment
 Once the first draft has been accepted, I will send you an invoice for the payment. Commissions under $100 must be paid in full once the first draft has been accepted. In case of commissions of $100 or more in price, 30% (out of the full price) will be paid once the first draft has been accepted. I won't continue working on the commission further past this stage until this first invoice has been paid. Until the final draft has been accepted, payment must be completed in full within 14 days. These 2 weeks are not counted in commission turnaround times. In both cases, you will not receive an unwatermarked full-resolution version of the commission until the full payment has been completed. If you don't complete the payment within the agreed timeframe, I retain all permissions to the commissioned artwork and its future use and application. Payment is usually done via PayPal invoice, so please keep that in mind while applying for a commission. Any payment made through a bank transfer will have a waiting period of 14 business days, without exceptions.
If you are an Argentine resident or from any Latin American country, we can arrange payment through some other service.
2. Timeframe
 I usually work based on a monthly or bi-weekly queue upon commission openings, so you can expect your commission to be finished within 4 weeks of application if not stated otherwise. The wait time might vary based on queue and complexity of the commissioned artwork. For the artwork to be delivered in a timely manner, I expect smooth communication. I am not responsible for delays caused by delayed communication from your behalf.
3. Delivery
 You will receive the completed digital product via Drive or Dropbox link once the commission has been approved and payment has been completed in full. An unwatermarked high-resolution version as well as resized versions suitable for online sharing will be provided. You will be responsible for storing the product. I will usually delete the commission files eventually, so edits past this point can't be done.

   ~ Misc ~   

 • You can take the commission with my characters (discount yay!)

 • If at the sketch stage you do not understand any detail, you can ask me to draw it more clearly.

 • I can provide you a version of your order without background or shading (for full colored arts), or Black&White version for colored painting style. It's free, just ask.
 • I also may not post the art for a while if you purchased it as a gift. This is being discussed, I can wait up to several months. It's free too.

Terms Of Service (TOS)

   ~ GENERAL TOS ~   

1. Copyright and Usage
 I retain the copyright to my work and have the right to promote myself with it and display and post it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc). You are not allowed to reproduce or edit the commissioned piece for profitable purposes of any form without my agreement and a license you have paid for. However, you may upload the commissioned artwork online for personal use as long as there won't be misuse of copyrights. Editing my art on behalf of the client or anyone else is not permitted without my agreement (doesn't include cropping or resizing for personal use).
2. Revisions
 My commission types include multiple updates of the different stages of the commissioned work that will be sent to a client. Please request changes to the commission as soon as you can. I am authorized to charge an extra fee for any major changes later in the process if the part involving the edit has been present in the earlier WIPs and thus could have been made in the earlier stages. Any errors on my part such as incorrect character details that are clearly depicted in the reference material will be fixed without any additional cost. Edits on the sketch stage are free, but I can ask for a compensation fee for major edits that aren't included in the briefing. All commission prices include 3 revisions in the sketch stage.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
 If the client desires to cancel a commission that has already been worked on but has not been finished, a partial refund can be made and I will retain compensation for the work that has been made so far. In case I have to cancel the commission for any reason, the client will receive a full refund. The amount of the refund (full or partial) will be discussed individually in agreement with the client. I reserve the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation of my Terms Of Service.
4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Derivatives
 No client, user, entity, or automated system may use, upload, reproduce, distribute, analyze, scrape, collect, process, train, fine-tune, adapt, or otherwise utilize any of my content, material, data, artwork, or derivative thereof available online in connection with any AI system, machine learning model, neural network, data-mining process, or related technology, whether existing now or developed in the future.
This restriction includes, without limitation, the use of any content or materials as input data, training data, or reference material for the purpose of developing, refining, or generating models, algorithms, or outputs.
Any such use is strictly prohibited, and all rights in and to the content remain fully reserved to myself.

   ~ TOS for Characters/Adoptables ~   As the owner:

 • You are allowed to edit the character's appearance, name and story, and you can use the design for whatever non-commercial purpose you wish.

 • Do not make major edits to any original art I've made, or claim the design as something you've made.

 • Please don't remove my signature

 • You can trade, gift or resell the design for any price*

 • You can repost the original art, and while I appreciate crediting it's not required

 • Do not use my designs, even if edited, as NFT.

   ~ Exceptions on contest prizes ~    Resale of free contest prizes is forbidden. You can trade or gift them, as long as you don't do it for monetary gain.
